— Common Questions
Platform questions, answered.
When will the AI Training Platform launch?
The platform is in development. Book a discovery call to get on the early-access list — early-access companies help shape the course catalog and are first to enroll their teams.
What is the Claude learning path?
A five-course sequence that takes someone from no AI experience to designing AI workflows for a whole organization: AI Foundations 101, Claude in Practice, Intermediate Claude, Advanced Claude, and Expert Claude Workflows. About 8 hours in total, and each step ends with a graded check.
Do we have to use Claude?
No. The Claude learning path is one track. Other courses cover ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, plus responsible AI use and data skills that apply to any tool.
How is this different from a live AI workshop?
Workshops are live, instructor-led sessions tailored to your team. The platform is self-paced, so employees learn on their own schedule and new hires can start any time. It also hosts live webinars and workshops your team can register for. Many businesses combine both.
Can we enroll our whole company?
Yes. Your learners are grouped under your company, and each person gets access to the courses they need, with an optional end date — useful for contractors or seasonal staff. Progress and assessment results are reported per learner, and revoking access keeps their history for your records.
Do we need someone in-house to manage the platform?
No. RRG runs it for you: we set up your company’s space, add your people, assign the right courses, update access when staff join or leave, and send you progress and results reports. You just tell us who needs training.
How do the assessments work?
Courses include graded checks with single-choice, multiple-choice, and true/false questions. Each has a passing score and can have attempt limits and a time limit. Learners see explanations after an attempt, but never the answer key.
Is the platform secure?
Yes. Accounts are created by invitation, administrators sign in with two-step verification, and every change to access, roles, or course publication is recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited or deleted.
How much will it cost?
Pricing will be announced at launch. Book a discovery call to discuss your team size and get early-access details.
