Do you have certifications in our industry frameworks?
For technical frameworks: yes — Fortinet certifications for network and security, plus framework-specific delivery experience for HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CMMC, and FERPA. For industry-specific designations like CHPS (HIPAA) or HITRUST CSF, we coordinate with audit firms and assessors as part of project delivery rather than holding the designation in-house.
How is industry expertise actually different from generic IT support?
A generic MSP will keep your computers running. An industry-fit MSP will know that your tax firm needs surge capacity in March, that your medical clinic loses visibility on patient flow if the EHR is slow, that your aerospace contractor cannot share files outside controlled boundaries, and that your law firm cannot let opposing counsel see privileged correspondence. Do you serve clients outside South Florida?
We are based in South Florida and most clients are within Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Collier, Lee, and Monroe counties. We do support multi-site clients with locations in New York, Atlanta, and other markets — and remote-first clients across the U.S. — when the relationship and project fit make sense.
