Thes Policies apply to Equipment or services not part of our Monthly Maintenances Plans

Refund Policy

We strive to provide services that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Conditions: Refunds are available for unused services or if there was a failure to meet service standards.
  • Exceptions: Custom services, digital products, or completed consultations may not qualify for a refund unless explicitly agreed upon.

Delivery Policy

RRG Networks delivers both digital and physical goods, and our delivery practices are designed to ensure prompt and secure fulfillment:

  • Digital Deliveries: Access to digital services or software is granted immediately upon purchase or activation.
  • Physical Deliveries: Physical products, if applicable, are shipped after payment confirmation. We offer shipping via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
  • International Deliveries: Shipping outside of United States may be subject to additional fees and delays due to customs. Please allow extra time for international deliveries.
  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your product has shipped.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns under certain conditions to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
